Refund Policy

Within 10 calendar days of purchase, you can request a refund for event licenses (or bundles of licenses) that have not yet been used (refer to the Ignite software - Step 3). In such instances, we require that you provide enough information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, date of transaction, number of licenses purchased, etc.). If we are able to positively identify your order, validate that the license has not been used, and if your request is made within 10 days of purchase, your refund will be transacted on the credit card you used for purchase. If you paid by check, a reimbursement check will be sent.

If you are requesting a refund on ancillary products purchased through the Ignite Speed Networking website, you must return the item(s) to:

Your refund will be issued only after receiving the undamaged item(s). The 10 day window applies to the date you initiate a refund request - not when we receive the returned items. However, items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe (9 business days or less from the refund request date).

If you received a free Starter Kit or any other ancillary products as a promotional offer when purchasing an event license, those items must be returned to the address above before your refund will be issued.

Event licenses that are part of a refund request will immediately be inactivated and unavailable for use upon receiving a refund request (even if the actual refund is waiting for shipping returned items). In the event that items are never received or the refund is terminated for any other reason, the licenses in question will be re-activated.

All refunds are subject to a $50.00 processing fee that will be taken out of the refund amount.

To initiate a refund request, contact us through the information provided on the Contact Us page. Be sure to provide your Username, Organization, Account Number, and the best way to reach you in any correspondence.

Acceptance of this Refund Policy
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy. If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us.

Ignite Speed Networking is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or email, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays.
